Private Yoga Sessions

Our private yoga classes offer a personal and hands-on experience for the student. Essa uses a therapeutic approach to yoga, looking at the person as a whole. She has a comprehensive understanding of the application of myofascial release and yoga techniques to support her client’s healing on all levels of their being – physical, mental, emotional and energetic. This integrated approach covers both eastern and western methodologies including anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, physical assessment skills, breath work and meditation.

Clients will be coached through self-myofascial release techniques in a session designed to assist in correcting postural and alignment issues that cause chronic pain.

Sessions will also include stretching, yoga postures and breathing techniques.  Essa specializes in Restorative Yoga, a style of yoga designed to quiet the participant's nervous system allowing for a relaxed state of calm.

To book a private session with Essa you may book online by clicking the button below or you may fill out the booking request form on this page. She is available by appointment Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday evenings and weekends . If you don't see what you're looking for when trying to book online please email her (or fill out the booking form on this page)
